We offer contract manufacturing of Chocolate Spread

Standard Recipe 350g Chocolate Spread

  1. Service fee plus raw material RM5 per jar plus material cost on actual – see point 5 below
  2. Minimum billing RM 6,000 per month per product
  3. Minimum contract period 3 months
  4. Penalty for early termination RM500 per month
  5. Spread jar as per the latest estimate.
  6. You will supply the packaging material – you can buy empty jars from us if you like at cost.
  7. You are solely responsible for authenticity and compliance of the contents printed on the label e.g ingredients, nutrition facts, halal, expiry date.

Custom-made Recipes

  1. Service fee plus raw material RM2 per jar
  2. One time setup cost RM1000
  3. Minimum billing RM 2400 per month
  4. Minimum contract period 3 months
  5. Penalty for early termination RM500 per month
  6. You will supply the raw and packaging material – you can buy some raw material and empty jars from us at our cost if you prefer.
  7. You’ll provide the recipe.
  8. You are solely responsible for authenticity and compliance of the contents printed on the label e.g ingredients, nutrition facts, halal, expiry date.
 

Develop a new recipe

  1. R&D charges RM1000 per day times the number of days it takes to approve the taste.
  2. Your authorised representative has to be at the lab everyday.
  3. You’ll supply the ingredients needed to make the recipe.

Market Validation for new products

We help you get certifications against a service fee plus actual 3rd party cost:

  1. Nutrition facts – RM500
  2. Halal – RM500
  3. FTA Certificate of Origin
  4. MyIPO – RM500
  5. Made in Malaysia – RM500
  6. MeSTI – RM500
  7. HACCP – RM500

Online selling / digital media marketing –  commission based

  1. This service is available only for products that have cleared our due diligence
  2. We build and manage  stores at online marketplaces like Lazada, Shopee etc
  3. We design and run affiliate marketing strategies and social media campaigns.

Marketing material design

  1. Label / logo designing RM500.
  2. Animated / Slideshow video (no voiceover) (1 minute) RM500.
  3. Managing social media page RM100 a month.
